Plan

Equipment
- Fish tape/rod for light pulls.
- Capstan or powered puller with rated anchors for heavy pulls.
- Tension monitoring when limits could be approached.
Safety
- Establish exclusion zones around rope, capstan, and stored energy.
- Use rated swivels, grips, rope, and anchors.
Verify
- Inspect conductor ends/jacket, identify phases, test as required, and record pull data.
